V4S Personal subscription fees are based on annual payment for the average number of Monthly Active Users (MAUs). Monthly Active User (MAU) is defined as any user that has opened your app during the month. For example let’s say you have 400 active users in Jan, 300 in Feb, and 800 in March. Your average MAUs for those months would be 500.

V4S Kiosk subscription fees are annual payments for a number of devices installed on. Pricing for the Waivers, Events. Contact scan and Roster Add-ons to V4S Kiosk are on an annual basis. If you need additional devices for Attendee check-in for an event, please contact us for pricing.

Pricing Guidelines

  • V4S Mobile subscription price does NOT include the price of Salesforce subscriptions.
  • Storage pricing for photos is $ 5 per 10 GB per month
  • The defined number of existing Salesforce users will have access to V4S Mobile objects, reports, and dashboards.
  • MAUs for V4S Personal is calculated as the number of users who’ve used the mobile app at least once in a given month.
  • So a license purchase of, say, 100 MAUs means that an average 100 people can use the mobile (not within Salesforce) app every month, for up to a year.
  • MAU counts can vary month-to-month, as long as the overall count for the year is less than or equal to your licensed MAUs for the year.
  • So if you purchase, say, 100 MAUs, you could have only 50 users the first three months, 150 users the next three months, and so on.
