Effective October 1, 2026
This notice describes how PK4 Tech LLC processes information through Agentforce for GChat, an independent bridge between Google Chat and Salesforce Agentforce.
Information we process
We process the Google identity needed to confirm that the person linking Salesforce is the Chat user who requested the connection. We retain the Google user identifier, Salesforce user and organization identifiers, organization name, selected agent, encrypted Salesforce refresh credentials, and connection/session metadata needed to operate the integration. We do not ask for or store your Google or Salesforce password.
Messages and responses
Your requests pass through Google Cloud Functions and a Google Cloud Tasks queue to Salesforce. Queued tasks temporarily contain request content and routing information while awaiting processing or retry. Successful tasks are removed by Cloud Tasks after completion; failed tasks are subject to retry and task-retention behavior. We do not maintain a chat-history database or intentionally include message or response content in application logs or BigQuery. Responses pass through our runtime back to Google Chat. Google Chat and Salesforce may retain conversations under their own policies and your organization’s settings.
Operational records and retention
We retain content-free connection, usage, performance and error records, including user and organization identifiers, organization names, timestamps, agent identifiers, outcomes and durations. These support reporting, troubleshooting and service operations. BigQuery reporting records have no automatic expiration and are retained indefinitely unless deleted in response to an applicable request or requirement. Disconnecting removes the active Salesforce connection and revokes its refresh token; it does not automatically erase historical operational records.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to authenticate you, route your requests, return agent responses, protect the service and understand usage and reliability. Google Cloud processes information to host and operate the bridge. Salesforce processes the requests you send to your selected agent. In Google Chat spaces, replies are visible to space members. Use a direct message for questions unsuitable for a group.
PK4 does not use Google user data obtained through this integration for advertising or to train generalized AI models. Agentforce for GChat’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Shared demonstration accounts
If you choose a publicly supplied PK4 Salesforce demo account, Salesforce records are shared with other people using that account. Use sample data only; do not enter personal, confidential or customer information. PK4 resets demo data weekly. This reset does not erase historical content-free operational records.
Your controls and requests
Type disconnect salesforce and confirm to revoke the app’s Salesforce connection. You can also manage app access through Google and Salesforce account controls and remove the app from Chat. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@pk4.tech. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your organization. Do not email passwords or tokens.
Security and changes
The bridge uses encrypted Salesforce refresh credentials, managed secrets and authenticated access controls. Google Cloud, Google Chat and Salesforce each operate under their own terms. We will update the date on this notice when practices change. Contact PK4 Tech LLC at the email above or 2616 Briarhurst Drive # 4024, Houston, TX 77057, United States, with privacy questions.
